The Red Cross of Serbia, the only recognized Red Cross National Society in the Republic of Serbia, and a member of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, carries out international cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross, the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, National Societies, as well as with other international and national organizations that participate in humanitarian activities in the Republic of Serbia or abroad, covering the fields of health and social care, youth activities, disaster preparedness and response, etc. The Red Cross of Serbia participates at: the Balkan Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the Mediterranean Conference of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent Societies, the European Regional Conference of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, Council of Delegates of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement and the General Assembly of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
          The Red Cross of Serbia is a member of numerous international organizations and networks of National Societies in various fields: co-chair of PERCO (The Platform for European Red Cross Cooperation on Refugees, Asylum Seekers and Migrants), within which acts the working group on Anti-trafficking where the Red Cross of Serbia is focal point. Also, the Red Cross of Serbia is a member of ECRE (European Council on Refugees and Exiles), an has a role of vice president and secretariat in ERNA (European Red Cross / Red Crescent Network on HIV/AIDS), as well as a member of ILSE (International Life Saving Federation of Europe).
