In 2002, dissemination was realised according to the annual Plan, and through the dissemination centres in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis and Kragujevac. All centres carried out at least a minimum of the planned activities; and some of them, according to the needs and conditions, expanded and enriched the Plan with special actions and activities.
          The objective to make all volunteers entering the Red Cross organization familiar with the Red Cross family was met last year more successfully than in the previous years. Tracing SERVICE seminars, Youth seminars, meetings dedicated to programs for elderlies, and others, were perfect occasions to inform the participants about the Movement history, Mission, and its Principles.
          A lot was achieved, but not enough, in an attempt to cover all target groups in the process of the current Program realisation. Youth seminars were organized with a lot of success.
